Committee For Misconduct / Unfair Means Cases :-

Pursuant to the provisions of the University Act and the Statutes/Regulations contained in the University Calendar 1976 (Vol-I), the following shall be the composition of the Syndicate Committee for Mis-conduct/ Unfair means cases (Competent Authority) for the triennial period 2009-12.

COMPOSITION

Ex-Officio

The Vice-Chancellor;
The Pro-Vice-Chancellor, if any;
The Dean, Academic Affairs;
The Dean, Faculty of Law;
The Controller of Examinations

(Member Secretary).
