Bachelor Degree Programme in Law and Library Science :-

For admission to Bachelor Degree Programmes of study in the University a candidate to be eligible, must have passed the qualifying degree examination with the requisite percentage of aggregate marks (specified at No. 6), except where provided otherwise in the following :

i) Law :-

For admission to LL.B. 3 year Professional degree programme a candidate to be eligible, must have passed the qualifying degree examination in any disciplinary stream with atleast 45% of the aggregate marks (40% for Scheduled Caste/Tribe candidates). In case of Dogra Law College, they will have functional autonomy in the process of admissions subject to the condition that the eligibility criteria as applicable in the case of P.G. Deptt. of Law shall remain the same and admissions will be completed by the stipulated date of the University in this regard.

ii) Library Science :-

For admission to B. Lib. Sc. degree programme a candidate to be eligible, must have passed the qualifying degree examination in any disciplinary system with the requisite percentage of aggregate marks (specified at No. 6).
