Pay Scale and Eligibility Requirements for SBI Recruitment
Qualifications for Education: (as of April 1, 2023) – Graduation Pass
Experience as of April 1st, 2023
Deputy Manager (Security): A minimum of five years of commissioned service and an officer with the rank of captain in the Indian Army or equivalent in the Indian Navy or Air Force. OR An officer with at least five years of experience serving as an officer in Indian Police or Paramilitary services and not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Commandant, or Deputy Commandant.
Manager (Security): A minimum of ten years of commissioned service and an officer with at least the rank of Major in the Indian Army or equivalent in the Indian Navy or Air Force. OR A minimum of ten years of service as an officer in an Indian Police or Paramilitary unit, with a rank of no less than Deputy Superintendent or Deputy Commandant.
Age Range (as of January 4, 2023): 25 to 40 years.
- Age Relaxation: By government laws and regulations, only reserved categories will be granted an age relaxation in the upper limit.
