The following qualifying requirements must be met by a candidate in order to be eligible for the IBPS RRB 2023 Exam:

Nationality / CitizenshipCitizen of India: Candidates who are citizens of India are eligible to apply for the exam. Subject of Nepal or Bhutan: Candidates who are subjects of Nepal or Bhutan can also apply for the exam. Tibetan Refugee: Tibetan refugees who came to India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India are eligible to apply. Person of Indian Origin (PIO): Candidates of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India can also apply. However, they need to have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit (as on 01/06/2023)For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Candidates should be between 18 years and 28 years of age, meaning they should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive). For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Candidates should be above 18 years and below 30 years old, meaning they should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 30.06.2005 (both dates inclusive). For Officer Scale-II (Manager): Candidates should be above 21 years and below 32 years old, meaning they should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive). For Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Candidates should be above 21 years and below 40 years old, meaning they should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive).
